Frequently Asked Questions

Can I visit your showroom?

Yes — we'd love to have you. Our showroom is located in Kuta, Lombok, and is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No appointment needed, just stop by. You can see and touch all our pieces in person and speak directly with our team about materials, dimensions, and custom options. If you're coming from further away or planning a larger visit, feel free to send us a message via the contact form or WhatsApp beforehand so we can make sure someone is available to assist you.

Do you deliver outside of Lombok?

Yes. We deliver across Lombok and to Bali. For other islands or destinations across Indonesia, delivery is available on request — costs and timelines depend on location and order size. Get in touch via our contact form or WhatsApp and we'll put together a delivery quote for you. For larger B2B orders (hotels, villas, restaurants), we handle logistics coordination as part of the process.

What materials do you use?

Our furniture is handcrafted from solid teak, rattan, cane, seagrass, and natural fabrics. Teak is sourced for its durability and natural resistance to humidity and insects — ideal for the tropical climate of Lombok and Bali. Rattan and cane are woven by skilled artisans and add a natural, coastal texture to any interior. All pieces are produced in workshops across Indonesia, with a focus on traditional joinery and quality finishing.

Are custom sizes or finishes available?

Yes. Most of our pieces can be made to order in custom dimensions, and many are available in different finishes or upholstery options. If you have a specific size requirement, a particular wood finish, or a fabric preference, contact us with the details. For standard pieces, our team can usually advise on the closest available option from our current collection. Custom orders are produced at the same workshops as our standard range, so quality is consistent.

What is the lead time for custom or bulk orders?

Custom orders — including non-standard sizes, finishes, or bulk quantities — typically take 6 to 8 weeks from confirmation, depending on material availability and production load. For larger hospitality projects, we recommend reaching out early to discuss timelines and secure production slots. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront before you commit.

How do I get a price or place an order?

We don't operate as a traditional webshop — all orders go through a short enquiry process. Click "Request a Quote" on any product page, fill in the form with the piece you're interested in, your location, and any custom requirements, and we'll get back to you within 24–48 hours with pricing and availability. You can also reach us directly via WhatsApp for a faster response. Starting prices are shown on each product page.

Do you supply furniture for hotels, villas, and restaurants?

Yes — B2B supply is a core part of what we do. We work with hospitality businesses across Lombok and Bali, supplying furniture for guest rooms, dining areas, lounges, and outdoor spaces. We can handle larger quantities, coordinate phased deliveries, and advise on material choices suited to high-traffic or outdoor environments. If you're outfitting a villa, hotel, or restaurant and want to discuss your project, contact us directly and we'll set up a call or showroom visit.

Where exactly are you located?

Our showroom is in Kuta, Lombok — specifically at Jl. Kuta Lombok, Rembitan, Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Kuta Lombok is on the south coast of the island, about 1 hour from Praya International Airport (LOP). We're easy to find and there's parking available. You can also find us on Google Maps by searching "Spice Interior Studio".

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No — we don't have a fixed minimum order. Whether you need a single piece or furniture for an entire property, we're happy to help. That said, larger orders give us more flexibility on pricing and production scheduling, so it's worth discussing volume early when planning a bigger project.

What are your payment terms?

We work on a 50% deposit to confirm production, with the remaining 50% due before delivery. The deposit covers materials and production scheduling. We'll send you a pro forma invoice before any payment is requested, and we'll only start production once the deposit is confirmed.

Do you ship furniture internationally?

International shipping is available on request. We don't operate a fixed international delivery service, but for the right project we're happy to explore options. For most international orders, we work on a FOB (Freight on Board) basis from a port in Lombok or Bali — meaning the buyer arranges their own freight forwarder from there. If you're importing furniture from Indonesia and want to discuss the process, reach out and we'll share what we know from experience.

Do you offer assembly or installation?

Yes — within Lombok, we can arrange delivery with on-site assembly included. Our team will transport and set up the furniture in your space. For deliveries to Bali or other locations, assembly is not included as a standard service, but for larger hospitality projects we're open to discussing what's possible.

What upholstery options are available?

For upholstered pieces — sofas, dining chairs, lounge chairs, and bed frames — you can choose your preferred fabric and colour from our available range. We work with a selection of indoor and outdoor-grade fabrics suited to the tropical climate of Lombok and Bali. The best way to explore options is to visit our showroom, where you can see and feel the materials in combination with the furniture.

Can I see fabric or finish samples before ordering?

Yes. Fabric samples and wood finish samples are available at our showroom in Kuta, Lombok. If you're not able to visit in person, get in touch via WhatsApp and we can share photos of available options. For larger projects with specific requirements, we recommend a showroom visit to make sure everything is right before production starts.

How does a B2B furnishing project typically work?

Most projects follow a similar process: you reach out via our contact form or WhatsApp with a brief description of what you need — the type of property, the spaces you're furnishing, and the pieces you have in mind. We'll follow up with a quote, and from there we'll work through finishes, fabrics, quantities, and delivery logistics together. Once everything is agreed, we take a 50% deposit to start production. For larger orders, lead times are typically 6 to 10 weeks. We've worked with hotels, villas, and restaurants across Lombok and Bali and are used to coordinating deliveries around construction and fit-out schedules.
